Procrastination.

Knowing something should be done but purposely not doing it can be a part of bipolar. Maybe we don't have the physical energy. Or maybe our mental outlook just isn't the best. Setting goals can help, but may not be the answer if they are too overwhelming.

So how do we find the motivation to complete tasks? Determination is important. Accepting the fact that we cannot ignore things forever helps as well.

Procrastinating is okay . . . to a point. But bipolar doesn't give us permission to ignore our responsibilities. We cannot use it as a crutch.
