Stress

Stress. We lose sleep and skip meals. Our behavior changes. And our moods bounce all over. Families might be the cause of our stress, or our jobs, or life in general. And there are times when personal issues cause that stress.

So how do we let go of the stress when the issue is a personal one?

Ignoring the problem won't help. We have to confront the issue and work it out as best as we can by either talking to someone we trust, or writing it out. Keeping it inside just lets the problem build and that causes the stress to go higher.

Venting is good. Let it out. Lose some of the stress.
