Racing thoughts . . . they seem to creep up out of nowhere and take over. They fill our mind until we can't separate them anymore. It's a bit like having dozens of radio stations all playing at once, and we can't focus on just one, because each one attempts to drown out the others. Just when you catch a word or two from one station, another pulls you away. After a few hours of the constant chaos, you become frustrated and irritated.

The thoughts are disjointed, tidbits of plans, pieces of ideas, and snippets of everyday life. They all want to be the most important one, yet they are unimportant in their unfinished status.

A symptom of bipolar, yes. Creating so much chaos we struggle to take back the control.
